Sobremesa

Students were given a style of cuisine to be reflected in their design. 

Sobremsa, a Spanish word describing the time spent relaxing after your meal, sipping coffee, talking and enjoying the time you're spending with those you're with.  The design focuses on good food, good company and good conversation.

The restarant includes a large and welcoming reception space, dining area and mezzanine bar.
